Jim has been a solicitor throughout his career, commencing employment as an Articled Clerk. The year after he attained admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 1977 he entered partnership with the legal firm McCulloch & Buggy, Solicitors. He later became the Senior Partner and Managing Partner of McCulloch & Buggy.

Since working as a consultant Jim has documented evidence in workplace investigations and reviewed policies. He brings strong analytical and written communication skills to the tasks he undertakes.
